  • Ernie came out the same day and not only fixed my washing machine correctly, he assured me, "You will never have that problem again!" Wow! I wish I could hear that from every repair man I have hired. He cleared all the codes, (left by a previous repair person), and replaced a broken wire, and stabilized the wire harness, (this machine was worked on twice recently and very expensively, yet I guess the guy is unaware that wire harnesses should be stabilized??). Now any vibration wouldn't break any more wires. What I really like his he diagnosed the problem correctly, and efficiently, and proactively tried to ensure the problem would not happen again. Highly recommended. Thanks Ernie!
