  • Great butcher shop! Their staff is very helpful, even when I walk in without any plan in mind - they'll help me find great cuts of meat while explaining the best ways to cook it and what it would taste good with. They have a phenomenal pork chop that they call the "foodie cut" that's cut with a nice portion of pork belly on it.... DROOL! When I was looking for a less expensive, but still high quality cut of beef, they helped me find something that was delicious and within budget. They've got everything from wild game to marrow bones to seasoned chicken to homemade sausages and much more in between. They are more expensive than just stopping in at your grocery store, but the quality of meat is wonderful, and they're all "happy" meats. If you're looking for good quality meat and willing to pay a bit more, it's totally worth it.
