  • Just left with my kids after sitting for 20 minutes without anyone taking the initial drink order. The first waitress said she would be right back with the kids menu, never saw her again. The 2nd waitress asked if anyone helped us. I said she is supposed to be bringing menus. 2nd waitress dropped off menus but never asked what we wanted. Never saw her again either. Sat around searching and watching other employees walk by us acting like we weren't there.
