  • I was super excited to see this place was going to open in my area- I love the Dollar Tree (especially compared to the other similar stores across the street). This location seems to have less inventory, less selection, and less of what I'd think would be cool to buy as far as party supplies are concerned. The staff is friendly- but I wonder if they are too friendly. I was in line (there was only one lane open)behind an elderly lady who was complaining about her legs. She went on and on about her surgery from 10+ years ago and well I was held hostage listening to her story because the cashier didn't make her stop talking. I kept looking at the time because I wanted to see if I should just drop my items and leave. It was only 5 minutes, but that's a very long time to be standing in a hurry- especially since they could have easily told her "I'm sorry m'am we have to get the rest of these customers checked out". I understand elderly people love the dollar tree, but so do I..and I got sh*t to do people!! lol
