| - I needed to feed 25 people in our Scottsdale office and couldn't stand the thought of another boring lunch of subs, pizza, whatever. So I had heard through Facebook and seen at the North Scottsdale farmers market a new catering company called Eat Me Gourmet Catering.
They created for our group a custom menu that was HUGE step up from the normal fare we all endure every week. All the food was freshly prepared with quality ingredients, so the food was interesting and tasted great. People raved! It was not expensive. Definitely a foodies dream!!
We had a Chipotle Caesar Salad with fresh croutons, a Bobby Flay inspired chopped salad that was indescribable, a chilled orzo salad with red peppers, teardrop tomoatoes and pine nuts. We had guys to feed, so also order a Slider Sandwich bar which included Wagyu green chile cheeseburgers with chipotle ketsup, ancho rubbed pork tenderloin with carmelized onions, smoked brisket, all served with homemade brioch, ciabatta and egg knot rolls. Seriously great.
For desert we had Pink champagne petit fours and triple chocolate brownies, so rich, you couldn't stop eating them. We begged for the recipe from Erin the Master Baker, but to no avail--Will definitely be calling them again.
Also hear they do events like weddings/ graduations, and in home parties.
