  • LOVE Phoenix Veterinary Center! They are very caring and loving towards our little Ellie. Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Ware are wonderful! As well as all the staff too. It's a small office, you can hear everything, I always hear them talking kindly and gently to the animals in the treatment area. I hear them talking to other owners, explaining treatments and procedures. Always being friendly and respectful. They really care- they do follow up phone calls and emails, show concern when Ellie isn't feeling well, and even squeezed us in just before closing on a busy Saturday. They go above and beyond and we appreciate them very much. Ellie's has been in for routine vaccines, upset tummy, itchy allergies, and a dental with an extraction. And every time we are there, the entire staff are absolutely wonderful.
