  • The bad experience first started when I tried to call in to place a pick up order. Waited for 10 min for someone to pickup, no one ever did. I just assumed maybe they were busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I drove to the location and there we no line and it was not busy at all. I don't know how I could have been on hold for over 10 min. Went to the location because there website was advertising if you buy an entree then you will receive a free new orange chicken bowl. I asked about that and the cashier said there was no such thing( even though it is clearly on the website as valid from 3/23-3/25z. Ended up ordering the mango chicken, it was ok.
