  • The Hyatt Place was recommended to me and I am thrilled it was. Excellent experience. Customer service was outstanding, I interacted with at least 4 people at the front desk at various times and each one was pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive and extremely polite. Each one had a perfect solution or answer for every question I tossed their way. The room was a delight, loved the layout, plenty of outlets for all my tech needs. Quite pleased with the breakfast, so much more than just a muffin and coffee. And quite tasty too, I actually had seconds :) Without a doubt I would stay here again or look for a Hyatt Place when staying in another city because this one checked all the boxes with high marks. Thank you
