  • Let me start by saying that I am an Elder Care Advisor, and my job is to advise families in their search for their loved ones care needs. Finding the right place and fit for your loved ones is never an easy task. Since Gretchen (executive director), Mare (activities director), and Carol & Amanda (marketing team) have banded together Chandler Memory Care has really shined. The life enrichment this community has bestowed upon their residents is truly amazing to witness. The fact there is a nurse on the floor present 24 hours a day makes this community's clinical oversight superior to most other facilities (on call nurses). Chandler Memory, Scottsdale Memory, and Surprise Memory (sister communities) are the only memory care facilities that place their residents based on their congnitive state, where most others bunch everyone together. This allows higher functioning residents to maintain their cognitive level and independence for a longer period of time. I have placed several of my clients there, and they are doing great, and their families are more than happy. Chandler Memory Care has come a long way since opening their doors, and with their amazing team, I am confident in saying that I would take my loved ones there if they needed memory care.
