I've never written a bad Yelp review in my life until now.
Wish I had done my homework before starting this disaster. The door to door salesman was nice and friendly and won me over with a promised $100 per month savings on my cable and internet services.
Nothing has gone well since. The installer didn't show up when I took off work to be home. No call. I called after several hours. Transferred multiple times. Rescheduled. The install was fast. I thought maybe things were looking up.
WRONG. Several missing channels from what I had on my contract, spotty internet service immediately, NetFlix wouldn't load at all.
I called their cs department. No help. On hold for another hour. Still no help.
I'm just three days in and have decided to cut bait. I wouldn't recommend Century Link to anyone I like.
