  • Have to be honest very disappointed... Purchased a blue angel citizen watch from this location a year ago. I even was upsold on the warranty, Be hold a year passed my watch broke (the glass got separated) luckily I found it and put it back, but the mechanisms stopped functioning as well. I bring it over, citizen will not repair because the piece isn't original because the inside of glass has a finger print... welll dahhhhhhhhh I put it back obviously it has my print on it!!! So obviously Macy's sold me a original piece (I hope) but not getting anywhere and feeling like I got screwed in this one.... MACYs so what if you going bankrupt be professional and helpful
