  • I booked the day of and check in was seamless. The service is so fantastic, even the housekeeping staff was super friendly!! My only complaint, and the reason for this low rating, is the design of the rooms. I mean, unless you like a huge vent blowing you to sleep, i mean, really. The vent fan is intermittent to keep the room at the desired temperature. Fine I get that. It turns on, cools to desired temp, and turns off. But in my face. The whole night. Repeatedly. I initially chose the bed closer to that wall and then had to move over to the farther bed just to somewhat alleviate the vent. And it's not just my room. Oh no, if that was the case, I would have requested a room change. My business partner in the OTHER tower had the same layout. Terrible. So, end result? I got creative. I built a pillow fort to block the air. This was all good and fine and somewhat a little nostalgic, until I went to sleep. And I'm not one of those people who lay like a board when sleeping. Apparently it looks like I was fighting a bear as when I woke up, pillows. everywhere. I love the great service, but the beds need to be placed differently in the room. Unless you are the kind of person who wants to fall asleep to someone blowing in your face.
