  • Great venue, amenities, decor, probably the best bang for your buck in LV, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. No bellman, valet, or agents to be found. I called down for a hotel extension, hours of valet, location, no operators seemed to have any information. As a local, it was frustrating and tiresome as our level of service exceeds many tourists. Wouldn't stay there again for that reason alone. Everyone working there is lost in the dark.
