Being a loyal fan of beer and an occasional alcoholic, it's kind of embarrassing to admit that i've only been here twice in the few years of living in Charlotte.
We started with the two soft pretzels with queso and spicy mustard. Not a fan of the mustard at all, but the queso was decent. Anything with pretzel salt is delicious to me, but these pretzels made me question why i don't eat pretzels more often, they were soft and delicious. i also tried the buffalo chicken wrap and was pretty satisfied. It had good spice and i enjoyed that they threw in a little carrot/cucumber in there. (note to self reminder: sub ranch for blue cheese minus cilantro).
The main reason to come here if you haven't heard is for the beer. They have an extensive beer list that is tough to beat anywhere else. It looks like Monday is the best day to enjoy cheaper beer, $3 for most beers. i enjoyed a few including Big Boss Aces & Ates, Sam Adams Winter, Foothills Seeing Double IPA, and my current favorite Olde Hickory Black Raven IPA. i opted to join the UFO club to begin the journey of getting my name on the wall or ceiling...If nothing else, i paid $18 for a t-shirt and a membership card. Fair enough.
We came with a group for a little unofficial Yelp event on trivia night and we won first place...no big deal.
