  • Bought a chandelier for $375 only to discover that essential hardware and instructions were lost or missing. Took me five (very aggravating) hours and several trips to Home Depot to successfully hang the unit. Ok, "fool me once ..." but the store's attitude was indifference. Goes without saying. I'm not happy and won't be back.
