  • Just had the most amazing experience! I came here to buy a portable A/C unit that I had placed on hold yesterday. Turns out they sold it right from under me before I could get there. Steve, the manager of the Seasonal Department was very apologetic and offered to locate another one for me. I informed him I had already been to 3 stores and noone had it which is why I placed one on hold and traveled the 30 minutes to his store. He then offered to sell me an upgraded model at the same price. I took his offer with great appreciation. Steve took a very difficult and stressful situation and turned it 180° to satisfy his customers. Thank you Lowe's for having employees like Steve. Because of him I will be a lifelong customer.
