When we first moved across the street, we called over to see if they had an online menu so that we could order takeout (we have a very active toddler so eating out isn't always worth the trouble). The owner answered and said that he was "too old school" for an online menu but encouraged us to come in. Annoying, but okay fine.
Earlier today, I went in to pick up a takeout menu (they have a parking spot specifically for takeout so I was assuming they did a lot of takeout business) and they laugh and tell me that "they don't do takeout menus." What's the point of offering takeout if you're not going to offer your customers a menu??
Heard bad things about the customer service and didn't want to believe them. Wish that I could taste the food, but with the bad attitude, I won't be a customer.
