  • The absolute WORST experience..makes me mad I have to give them one star but the first guy in the lot was nice and low pressure so I guess he deserves some credit - but that's where it ends! If you want to waste your time trying to buy an overpriced used car and enjoy dealing with inexperienced and immature sales people then this is the place for you. Justin was argumentative and really deceptive, tried to fast talk us and add on a bunch of options that were actually already done to the truck with the first owner. Wouldn't back off even when I pulled up the carfax and showed him - why would I pay twice? Buyer Beware! Didn't value our trade at all said it would go straight to auction - no one even went to look at it although it was a late model BMW go figure. Justin came running out as we were in our car leaving and begged us to come back in but it was pathetic and insulting. We went elsewhere and got a great deal on a better truck and no BS. Complained to the GM but that did no good at all- then I saw the same truck reduced $2000 still on the lot a few weeks later - glad I walked. A friend called about it out of curiosity and they said it was heading to auction ...lol KARMA!!
