  • Edit: After I posted the review below, Kendra, the owner immediately reached out to me and apologized for what happened. She was just as friendly as when I first met her. You can tell that she really truly cares about her clients and how they feel. She explained to me why my facial only took me 30 minutes and it totally made sense to me! Will definitely be coming back to get another hydrafacial! Thanks Kendra I was so excited to have my hydra facial done that day with a close friend of mine. I had an appointment for a hydrafacial, and my friend also had an appointment for a different type of facial. Our appointments were scheduled for an hour long, so eventually we would both be out of our facials at the same time. That came out to be completely wrong. My hydrafacial only lasted for about 30 minutes instead of an hour. Kendra was super nice though and made me feel comfortable as I was talking to her about the flaws I have on my skin. After my hydrafacial, Kendra walked me into my friend's room where she was having her facial and I was just waiting for about 15 mins for my friend's facial to be done. After her facial was over, we headed back to the front, where my friend paid for her facial. I almost left without paying for my facial if I hadn't said anything, since the lady that did my friend's facial was checking her out. Of course I wanted to pay for it even I wasn't pleased. I'm not really the type to go out and look for some drama or problems, but I really wish they could update the time on the hydrafacial to a half hour instead of mentioning that it's an hour long and having to pay $150 for it. Giving them three stars because of the nice atmosphere that they have and because Kendra made me feel very comfortable about my flaws. Still super stoked to get eyelash extensions by them though! I'm sure it'll be a better experience.
