Was told a deep cleaning would cost me $40, received a bill for $600 after I was told my insurance would cover it.
Went back (after a long break and only out of desperation) for a simple cleaning, told them that I don't trust their billing dept. and that I needed everything in writing how much it would cost. After being assured it was covered I go to reschedule and was told I owe $130. I had to sit in the waiting room and look up my plan to show the receptionist my plan, something she was incapable of looking into for a customer.
