  • Do not bring your car here. This is a place that will drop last minute fixes on you expecting you to pay. Not to mention as I have come to realize they go thru your personal things in your car. If you try to speak to the mgr about your frustrations they threaten you with calling the cops. For the love of god stay away from this place and go to Henns or your actual car manufacturer. So disappointed. I have given this place a lot of money over the past year as a Waxhaw residence and now this is how they act and pull the well sorry. FYI - the problem they explained to me did not exist. My car started just fine. Was far from it. Do yourself a favor stay far away from this company they are out to scam ppl. FYI the mgr Doug will threaten you with calling the cops if you have a complaint or feelings of transgression and talk to you like your are a peon. Not to mention will pass preconceived notions about you. So unprofessional I don't even no how to highlight it more. Go to Jiffy Lube. This company is a cornfed we screw you over because we think we can get away with it operation.
