  • Valley ENT has the attitude that patients are disposable and easily replaceable. Dr. James Chuang thinks its no big deal to leave you waiting for 45 minutes and then breezes in without an apology with a fast talking attitude. He's very smart but has zero emotional intelligence for dealing with patients. I'm sorry I did not read the reviews on Yelp before going to Valley ENT. I hope you don't make my mistake.
