I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and no one has answered. I tried to take care of canceling my flight on line, but the only way it can be done is by calling in and it's clearly not working. Very disappointing. I called back over several days now and this evening after being on hold for an hour I finally got a person who was able to cancel my reservation. I paid $502 and I'm getting a voucher for $390. Even though I sent multiple messages thorough their website for help, no one ever answered me. If you have any other choices of airline, take them, since any airline has to be better than this one. It's such a sad thing to say about a home town airline. I wish I could use my voucher to fly someone else since I doubt I will ever choose to fly with them. I fly all the time and I've never had this bad of an experience.
