rev:text	My husband and hired Paint Pros to paint my kitchen cabinets and banisters from Honey Oak to a deep brown June 2016. The project only took a few days. The crew arrived on time each day as well. Though I am happy with the end result, the process and how my belongings were treated forced me not to use paint pros for the remainder of my painting projects. Communication was not the best. The company seems fairly new in the sense that there is no office support. So if you call or email you will be communicating with the owner Mark who also paints and does other functions. That being said the response time could range from a day to a couple of days up until a week before a reply is given. The communication did not bother me nearly as much as how my home was treated during the process. The gentleman that primed my cabinets got primer EVERYwhere. My dishwasher, my BRAND NEW FLOOR and some of my appliances. I pulled out my slow cooker and low and behold PRIMER all on the sides. Brown paint on my NEW FLOORS! WARNING remove ALL items from the cabinets and drawers 1. This will insure your items aren't painted 2. To insure you can find your things. I was told I didn't have to move the things out of the cabinet because they would be papered and taped up. This was true but several items were moved. There is brown paint on the inside of my cabinets so that paper/paint process is not fool proof. We called Paint Pros back to our house one week after completion because I noticed several spots that needed to be touched up. They have come and gone and I still see area that were missed. It's aggravating. We received several apologies which I appreciate but a month after the fact I'm still seeing things. It add insult, I offered bottled water and muffins for them to enjoy while in my home. After they left I found wrapped around the outside of my house and even orange peels (I believe they came from the primer guy). Do I think this team can do a good job?? Yes, they painted my sisters house with no problem. I guess I caught them at a bad time. Either way, I have to find another painter for the remainder of my home.
