We visited with our family for my husbands father's 70th birthday. The staff took us to a private room in the back.
This is a traditional steak house and the food was phenomenal. The dish that I don't think you should miss out on is the appetizer of cheese grits and blackened shrimp! it was to die for.
All of the steak choices were good, our party order the Prime Rib, Dry Aged New York Strip and the Center Cut Filet Mignon. I loved the horseradish on the prime rib, it was very spicy, but the steak itself was so thick, I felt it would have melted in my mouth just a little more if it was thinner. Sometimes less is more. My favorite of the three was the center cut filet with blue cheese on the side. It was perfect!
Of the sides that were offered the creamy spinach and garlic mashed potatoes were a table favorite
The service was splendid and the waiters were very attentive. The meal equated to about $112 per person, that included two drinks, an appetizer each, a meat selection, a side, a dessert and tip. I think this is a pretty reasonable choice by Las Vegas standards.
They had a photographer that took pictures at the establishment and she was a true professional! We all bought photos! Which was a bonus to an already incredible evening!
