  • I came back on Saturday for a chemical peel. My appointment was for 3:45 but I wasn't seen until 4:00pm. This time I was highly disappointed. Staci did not do my facial, but Sarah did. I felt rushed the ENTIRE time. I was not relaxed. She was rough during the process. She rushed through giving me instructions and seemed really impatient when I would ask her to repeat herself. You can't talk fast while giving instructions post a chemical peel. I want to know what to expect and how to care for my skin appropriately to get my money's worth. Also I need to know what to expect so I'm not freaking out. I had to ask her "is it busy today" rather than say are you rushing? *hint, hint. I mean if I'm driving TWO hours for a service I expect to feel like I was well taken care of or at the very least not rushed. I'm not sure if she got the hint bc she continued at her rapid pace. She hurriedly tried to make me sign this form, no. I read every single thing I sign. Thank goodness I decided to read bc it was the instructions she rapidly spit out to me. I feel cheated. Don't rush customers because you want to close up shop. I know how it feels towards the end of my shift and I want to go home. However if I'm still taking care of a business I need to finish up and not make my patient feel like a bother to me. Considering it's my second time at Urban Skin Solutions and I like the products I will visit a third time. Maybe request my service from Staci. If I'm not satisfied I will find another place to go that is closer to home and will appreciate my business.
