  • In short.. NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SHOULD YOU USE FAITH RESTORATION! Somehow they turned what Rotorooter ended up fixing in 3/4 of a day into what could have been a week long ordeal including jack hammering through two interior rooms to replace a pipe that did not actually need to be replaced. Originally brought in to do an emergency rooter job on the pipes at our place. First guy told my GF that in fact the pipe had burst, and that it was going to have to be replaced, and that he couldn't fix it. His boss comes over the next day, uses the camera down the toilet. Nope, just a big root ball in the pipes, they're not burst, but they should be replaced. Suspicious, I called Rotorooter. Turns out the problem cost 2/3 what Faith had said, and only took one day. If you have a plumbing problem, call ANYONE OTHER THAN FAITH! Don't let the Jeebus stuff on their cars and their adverts fool you, they really don't keep to the 8th Commandment.
