| - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! We ordered a table and chairs. We delayed leaving for a trip to receive their earliest delivery date which was a Sunday. When it arrived, they had the wrong chairs! The driver called customer service but they couldn't guarantee that they had the correct ones in stock. The salesman told us at the time we were getting the last ones in that color. So, after Customer Service said we would not be charged a restocking fee, we returned the order. A week later, after numerous phone calls to customer service, not getting any answers if they had the correct ones, or if we were being credited, we find out that they have charged us a restocking fee. I have argued with them for hours, but they won't budge, and their office Manager Kim at one point was nearly yelling at me, and then just said, "good bye" and hung up. After that we said we wouldn't do business with them.
We have it in writing from the delivery guy that customer service said we wouldn't be charged a restocking fee, yet they insist on charging it.
