  • What has happened? This is NOT the AAA I used to know. It's looks like a ghost town when you enter. All the fun travel retail items have disappeared. While the gal at the front desk was nice enough, the jeans and hoodie were an interesting choice of dress for the day. Then came the moment when she told me I had to pay for my passport photos...something that's been included in my membership for many years. Now I have to wonder what other benefits have been discontinued. It's time to rethink the value for the money I pay each year for membership.
