  • Glen at check in was extremely professional and helpful Very nice hotel with large balcony rm 402 The bed however was not so comfortable, as u could feel the springs coming through the padding Had to sleep on the duvet to make it bearable for the one night I'd be back, just next time id check the bed comfort b4 heading out to dinner As it was way too late upon my return to deal with a room change
