  • The absolute worse hospital services. Unless your getting cardiac surgery, beware. The nurses and some staff are at the highest levels of incompetence. To ask for a diagnosis is like asking for your first born! The Ombudsmen dept is .............A nurse took off my glasses in the operating room. Right b4 I went under they explained the next hours. A pair of Prada white Rx glasses (checked in but not seen ever during check out). No returns. Spoke to other patients who had thing returned or reimbursed. Main factor, I was black and the 10 ppl I spoke with were white or middle eastern. I would not care so much if I did not need them. I still have to understand they charge sickly patients to park in Cleveland, Ohio aka damn near baby Detroit.
