  • I should have noticed the bunch of reviews stating that the customer service was terrible. I found their customer service to be at the bottom of the competition, and I will not be buying from ChefRubber again. I received a scale from them that was not working from the time I received it. Chef Rubber's response was, "maybe I should call the manufacturer because maybe all of our scales are broken, there is no way of us knowing". Huh??? She said it twice? And that was it, they would not exchange the scale for a new one? And they took my money? BTW- I'm a pastry chef and I needed that scale YESTERDAY. Maybe someone should tell ChefRubber to stop advertising to chef's if they can not handle their business.
