  • Bought a Groupon for microdermabrasion session and was surprised by the lack of professionalism and overall lack of cleanliness of the spa. I am surprised this is a Groupon! What gets you in is the great price. But it wasn't worth it. When I first walked in there was no greeting, just "lie down". She insulted my skin condition saying I would be embarrassed by how much dead skin was on my face. And as someone who takes good care of their skin the comment was insulting! Throughout the facial she would leave the room with her gloves on and return without washing them. The only reason I'm giving 2 instead of 1 stars is because despite how unhygienic the spa was and it's practices and the poor customer service received the microdermabrasion was good.
