  • I am so incredibly frustrated with the parking here. I just renewed my lease and I am really wishing I hadn't. We (the tenants) have reserved parking spaces, but recently, I have found that other people have been helping themselves to my "reserved" spot. It sounds trivial, but when I come home from a night out, I have bags to bring up to my home, and I just want to park and go up, I am infuriated to find another car in my space. A few times, I have had to circle the complex only to find a spot at the complete opposite corner of the complex, leaving me with a nice long walk at 11:30pm. Lovely. The last time this happened, Management was actually able to track the car from the photos I took of the make/model/license, and warned that tenant not to park in a spot that wasn't hers. Her excuse was that "someone else was in her spot." So, naturally, inconvenience someone else; that makes sense. But this last time, I'm relatively certain it's a guest, and while my lease says I can have them towed, they would probably seek revenge on my car and that doesn't seem fair to me. So I have no choice but to let it happen. Basically, if you are out and about often, don't expect to have your "reserved" parking space available when you come home, and there is nothing that Management can/will do about it. Food for thought.
