  • I never write reviews for institutions like this but I was so shocked at the amazing service I received from Pam. I decided to purchase an impromptu gift from Starbucks and ship it to my friend from Pittsburgh while I was at a work conference here. Not having much time to get to my next session, I stumbled upon this post office thinking maybe I can just send this package out real quickly. Of course, I had no packing supplies and no clue about how to ship the item and in fact did not have the address. The lady at the counter was so patient and kind, giving me different options on how to ship out my item. I ended up purchasing a box and sending it out after getting text confirmation of the item. What shocked me was that the whole ordeal took over 10 minutes and she was so patient and smiling the entire time. Not the type of A+ service I would ever expect from a post office. I even ended up buying some great revolutionary war stamps that I can't get in my home town. What a great, no stress experience.
