  • I was seriously disappointed in the level of service at this office. First visit, with PA. Consult, digital prostate exam ; $280. Second visit, urine flow test, consult w/ Dr.; $320. The second visit I waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor, only to have him come in with 2 young ladies (PAs) for 2 minutes and tell a joke. He seemed more Interested in making them laugh than assessing my particular situation. Now take it, I have excellent insurance. The first bill I received was from a billing company with no reference to who the charges were from. I have had 2 surgeries and various other encounters with medical folks over the last 6 months. I had had no idea what it was for. I waited and about 2 weeks later I received a second bill with the name of the provider. My portion due; $182.15. This is more than I paid out of pocket for gall bladder surgery and left knee surgery combined! To make a long story short, lousy service at an extremely high price. I will not be returning to Roscoe S. Nelson, thank you very much.
