  • Received excellent customer service on March 12 after an extremely rude encounter from the lady at the Thrifty counter. I will only use National from now on as they are professional and courteous. They are the smartest outfit out of all the car rental places in that building as they WILL use your debit card if you provide your flight itinerary unlike the other ones that require a major credit card to which many folks don't have.
