  • A bit of advice if you book a flight online and want to -cancel within 24 hours- (without penalty), which is standard across the industry. Don't call and have them (attempt to) fix the reservation! Just cancel it, hang-up, and rebook it yourself. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes for what seems like a simple change: moving the departure date one week earlier. And I can hear every word of the reservationists on either side of the one I'm attempting to talk to...so distracting. Ineptitude at it's finest.
