| - Really regretted eating here. It was our first and last time going. Service was not unfriendly, but not friendly either. IMO, the employees looked unhappy to be there. You go to a food line and fill a bowl with raw ingredients. They charge a fee for going backward in the line, so if you forget something or decide you want a bit more of something (or like us, were new there and just had no idea and were trying to check out all the ingredients), you're out of luck or paying even more money to add to your half-filled bowl. It was one of the few times a policy at a restaurant actually made me angry. (I regret not leaving at that point.) After filling a bowl, you choose a sauce. You can taste samples of sauce, but with the raw meat/chicken around the food bar, I felt like that wasn't a safe option. Then you go to the cooking station, choose rice/noodles/etc, and they cook and bring it out. The food looked gross and mangled, like they just smashed everything together without care. Flavor was not good in both of our bowls with completely different sauces and ingredients. They served it in those slanted bowls. I don't know what the purpose of that was, but just looked like a way to disguise actual portion size. We didn't finish the food, just paid and left to find a different lunch option.
I'd rather eat at a Panda Express or pay a bit more at a decent Chinese buffet with a mongolian bbq station. Won't be back.
