I booked this hotel on Hotels.com. The pictures make the hotel look nicer than it really is. It is on a rather yuck little street, but is around the corner from the Eaton Centre. The front desk staff was rather rude/dismissive and the first/original room I got was unacceptable- I couldn't even roll my luggage in due to the configuration and furniture, the room was hot & damp which was strange since the weather was about 45 degrees outside. I complained to the front desk and the manager gave me another room that was better....although it was strange that throughout my entire stay that their was a food tray from the previous occupant outside the room. Oh, and food/drinks are ridiculously priced. Parking is $21 a night. The bathroom has zero counter space too. On the positive side the bath products are Molton Brown and bed was comfortable.
