  • I hired this company to replace a main water line that had sprung a leak. When I met with the estimator/repairman I specifically told him I wanted a single piece of all copper pipe from the meter to the house. The reason the original line failed was that it was cheaply done with copper and plastic by the builder. I told him repeatedly I wanted ALL COPPER. When the crew came out to do the job they tried to do a rip off job by using "pex" plastic and copper, saying "oh it's as good as copper". Fortunately they were being supervised and their scheme was witnessed. I confronted the estimator/plumber and forced him to come back out and redo the job with all copper. The crew also left the yard and the neighbors yard a mess. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
