  • Horrible service and business practices!!!! I've been an exclusive medical customer here since before the state went rec last year. just recently I purchased what were supposed to be 3 dark chocolate 500 mg medical edibles song with some other edibles. the guy at the window filled my prescription with the 100 mg recreational chocolate bar. as soon as we noticed the mistake I contacted the source via phone and spoke to a kid who was speaking to his manager Javier and said I could come in to swap out the product for the right stuff. I drove 20 minutes in one direction to come get what I originally ordered only to have Javier tell me that he wasn't going to do the swap even though I was willing to pay the difference. I'm extremely pissed off and will never shop at the source again. horrible customer service and business practices. they said I'm supposed to confirm its medical through the glass, even though I checked out at the medical windows and have them my medical card. I will not let this slide. corporate will be hearing about this. I'm very dissatisfied.
