  • Worst experience ever. No wonder I do my own nails at home now. But my friend and I just wanted to be pampered by someone else for once, plus doing your own feet is hard esp when you have knee problems lol. We had an appt for 1230 for the both of us for pedis and manis. She didn't even scrub much on the bottom of my feet and gave me not even a min massage. Then when I was done, my nail tech ran over to another customers pedicure and started doing hers! I was standing in the middle of the nail place like a deer in headlights. Then another tech comes and points to a seat to do my manicure so I sit down and wait. My friend gets finished with her pedi and gets directed to a chair to sit for her mani. We both are sitting there waiting and I look around and ALL of their techs are doing pedicures!!!!!!!! So we're waiting on them to do other people's pedicures in the middle of our appointment!!!!!! Like who does that?!! So 1 tech finally finishes and rushes over to my my friend to start on her bc she had foil on for gel to be removed. And we decided we weren't gonna wait til another tech finishes a pedicure before coming to give us our manis. They weren't even apologetic or anything and you could see our frustration once we said we no longer wanted a manicure. I gave it a 1 star only bc there wasn't anything less!
