  • Just when you think you like a stylist and come back to request an appointment they leave. Seems like this place has a high turnover. I went and had Joseph once and wasn't the biggest fan so last weekend I requested someone new and had Jessica, the lead stylist. I seem to only go with they email me a deal with a certain % off...Also, I have to agree with some other reviewers as the front reception staff is unprofessional. I can chalk it up to them being you and inexperienced, but the way they answer the phone, or place you on hold, answering general questions or just how they greet you isn't in the friendliest and is need of fine tuning.
