  • Chief Meredith Suggs was a delight and her instruction was so easy to follow. We took the British Tea Time Favorites class. They have water and coffee available to start along with your recipe package, which you don't need since they give you all the ingredients and take you step-by-step through the process. You work in teams of 4 so it is a great event for couples to do together. We really enjoyed what we learned and as we said Chief Meredith was so personable and knowledgeable. We made so much food that they gave us paper plates to take some away. Towards the end things seemed a little rush since we were running out of time, but we had such a good time we are thinking we will try it again. A fellow classmate did let us know that the classes sometimes go on sale so be on the lookout and the date night classes you can bring your own bottle of wine, which is always a plus.
