  • Never again. NEVER. My husband utilizes the parts department because he's a motorcycle mechanic and works from our garage. Each time he has had to order parts, they screw the order up. I'm not talking one or two times, but MULTIPLES TIMES. No one here has a clue as to what they're doing. I've had to make several repeat trips here and I'm done dealing with the incompetence. Based on other reviews and the lack of actual input from the manager, I would say that they are perfectly happy providing subpar customer service in EVERY department than make an attempt to rectify issues for their customers.
