  • I ordered some custom patches,sadly they botched my order.And sent me a patch,that was not the correct diameter ordered! That also looked very amateur,unlike my artwork and they could not match my font! I settled for a font they made me find! Very poor customer service! this order took over three weeks to complete and I was NOT satisfied,so I asked for the correct size patch or my money returned.Anne basically told me to pound sand,gee thanks Anne I guess since I ordered online and not In Person,that u just do not care if I'm satisfied -beware!
