  • My family and I went to this dump over the summer break for a stay-cation and to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. We were all so excited to stay at a resort with a water park, but were quickly turned off by the over all appearance of this place. The grounds were dirty, ash trays full of cigarette butts, landscaping was in need of major maintenance, our room was sort of cleaned expect for the fried chicken chunks found on the carpet near the bed (my wife asked the housekeepers if they would come and re-vacuum the carpet and they handed her the vacuum cleaner). The Oasis Water Park was decent and the staff was very nice. It was a little pricey, but the kids had a blast there, so I don't mind the cost of a good time. I would recommend the water park to friends, but I will never stay at the resort again under this management group.
