  • Silver State did refund my money. I never thought the owner would do this. So I give Silver State a 5* for this service. It is a BBB member or Better Business Bureau. There maybe misunderstanding but they will make it right for you. Silver State banned me from obtaining their business. I just felt bad since I do want their honest service now.
