Went in to pick up an online order. Had to wait for several minutes, maybe 8-10, while the customer service rep removed address labels from several empty boxes for someone who was only there to get empty boxes. The person picking up the boxes apologised for the inconvenience. Didn't get that from the Wal-Mart employee. When the customer, (who wasn't buying anything), took a lad of boxes to his van, the woman behind the counter continued to work on peeling an address label off for another minute before asking if she could help us. Couldn't find our order with name or phone number. Found it with order number we had on the confirmation email. It had the correct name and phone number on the order. Not sure why she was so incompetent. Apparently picking up cardboard takes priority over picking up purchased items.
